    Proposed site for construction of Community Livelihood Research and Development @Chungtor Village

    1. Community Goat Farm at Chungtor Village (initially it was called INNOVATIVE GOAT FARM a pilot project)
    2. Farmers' Club of NABARD. The Better Life Foundation have promoted 7 Farmers' Club in 7 seven cluster of villages under Longkhim Sub-division of Tuensang district.
    3. Backyard Poultry farm have successfully demonstrated in 7 cluster of villages with credit support from SBI. Expansion into larger commercial scale is being encourage by the SBI with backin subsidy from NABARD.
    4. Expansion of Community Goat Farm would be setup in another 5 Villages with credit facility from SBI with backin subsidy from NABARD.
    5. Piggery Farm would be setup in all 7 villages with credit facility from SBI with backin subsidy from NABARD.
     PROJECT: EMPLOYMENT SUPPORT INITIATIVE
    In November 2010, a group of 8 educated/ dropouts unemployed youth were sent  for BEAUTICIAN course being sponsored by the Govt. of Nagaland, undergone 6 months training @ Lambency Chrysallis Academy of Beauty, Hair & Spa (Noida). 


    All candidates being recruited by like Hilton, Oberoi, Taj and Lakme Saloon etc.
    Another group of 38 students have joined the Lambency Chrysallis on 22nd August 2011, being partial sponsorship from the Govt. of Nagaland.
    1. Driving School; BLF co-sponsored 4 unemployed youth at Don Bosco Vocational Training Centre. One of the student was recruited by State Govt.
